BOXING

Boxing is not just about fighting; it’s a lifestyle that requires discipline, dedication, and a strong willingness to learn.

For most people, just showing up to a gym doesn’t produce results. At Robinson-Neal Boxing Academy, we train towards goals that are specifically designed to get you in shape and reaching your strength and conditioning milestones. We can track everything from your punch count to your body fat percentage improvements.

Our members learn discipline first because boxing is not just a physical sport, it exercises the mind, body, and spirit.

Boxers are among the best conditioned athletes in the world. If you’re looking for a challenging workout that engages your body and your brain, then boxing is for you.

There are four basic moves in boxing: jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. That’s it. This may seem simple, but mastering the timing and footwork needed to support these four basic moves is a challenge unlike any other.

This is why we encourage our members to be patient, focused, persistent, and determined as they develop their skills in boxing.

Other benefits that our members who exercise regularly will enjoy include an improvement in mood, decreased anxiety, enriched sleep, and an enhanced ability to handle stress— all while boosting their self-esteem!
